P.T.Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker College of Engineering & Technology is the outcome of the great Philanthropist, late Shri. P. T.Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker (1829 - 1874).  This private, self –financed co-educational Institution Institute established in academic year 2000-2001, operates under the parent organization P.T.Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker Trust, Vepery, Chennai which is governed by the Board of Trustees, appointed by the High Court.  The sole aim of this Public Charitable Trust is providing Technical Education to the poor and downtrodden people besides engaging in other social and religious activities.  P.T.Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker College of Engineering & Technology also known as PTLeeCNCET is a co-educational Institute open for all sections of society.   It is one of the well-known names in providing quality technical education to the students in and around Kanchipuram.  The Head of the Institute is Mr. Mohan Ellappan, The Principal, having a teaching experience of 22 years and Research experience of 2 years.

 
PTLeeCNCET is literally situated on SH-58, Kancheepuram- Arakonam -Thiruthani -Road, Post, Oovery, Veliyur, Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu.  It is located in a huge 40 acre campus, 8 kms from kancheepuram and 18 kms from Arakkonam.
