Training & Placement Cell

Training & Placement Cell was formed with a Coordinator and Members from various Departments for effective functioning of the  Cell. Each Department has one Staff representative to guide the students and prepare the student’s data. The Training and Placement Cell of the College has an integral role in the recruitment, and the Cell is provided with complete infrastructure support.

Training programs are organized throughout the year to prepare students to face the recruitment process. Students are also guided in improving skills to meet industry needs. The cell conducts training activities for the students mainly focusing on Career  Planning, Personality Development IndustryInstitute Interaction, Inplant training, Industrial Visits and Campus placements.

Boys Hostel

The College has a hostel consists of a ground floor and two floors consist of a ground floor and four floors consisting of 100 rooms. Each room accommodates four students. A separate reading area for the students, Gym and Recreation rooms are also available apart from this the hostellers also enjoy the freedom of easy access to the computer and internet facility.

Girls Hostel

The College has a hostel consists of a ground floor and four floors consisting of 100 rooms. Each room accommodates four students. Apart from this a reading area and recreation rooms are also available. They are also provided with easy access to the computer and internet facility.

Library

The College has a library that is the heart of an academic institution. Our institution encourages all students and staff members to make the best use of the library that has been carefully built up since the inception of the college. The library is., fully computerized with Reference Section, Magazine Section, and Stack Area. Presently there are more than 32.000 books and reference volumes stacked for the benefit of staff and students. There is an established media resource center. Our library follows the open access system and is encouraging. students to browse in the stack area. Newspapers, weekly and fortnightly magazines of repute are subscribed to enable the students to keep abreast of day-to-day trends. The library comprises of an Audio-Visual section equipped with videocassettes and cDs. We are having Barcoding and Internet connectivity.

Transport

There are 30 buses in the college that are plying over different destinations and distance. It covers a distance of more are than 120 km per day, in all directions. They are named alphabetically.

The more distinct feature of the transport is, there is separate buses for women (Girls Students) to some particular and far distant destinations. The buses reach on time to all the places carrying the students to their native places.
