The IMUCET 2026 application window is open for eligible applicants. Students who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria and wish to secure admission into undergraduate and postgraduate maritime programmes can submit their forms until April 24, 2026. These UG and PG courses are offered by Indian Maritime University.

IMUCET 5-Step Application Process
- Visit the official website imu.edu.in
- Complete the “New Registration” process by entering basic details such as name, email ID, and mobile number to generate your User ID and Password.
- Log in using the generated credentials and fill in personal details, including parents’ names, gender, nationality, and communication address.
- Provide academic information exactly as per official records to avoid rejection during document verification.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents, including a recent passport-size photograph, signature, and relevant certificates (Class 10/12 mark sheets, category certificates) in JPG/JPEG/PDF formats as specified.
- Pay the non-refundable application fee online (INR 1,000 for General/OBC candidates; INR 700 for SC/ST candidates). Carefully review the form and click on “Submit,” then download the confirmation page for future use.
IMUCET is conducted every year for admission into programmes such as BTech Marine Engineering and other maritime studies courses for the 2026–27 academic session.
