How to Apply for SET 2026?

- Enter personal and communication details and confirm Part 1 of the application using an OTP
- After submission, candidates will receive their SET ID and Password via email and SMS
- Pay the application fee of INR 2250 as per the instructions provided
- Complete Part 2 of the registration by selecting test city, preferred institute, and uploading required documents
- Pay INR 1000 as institute fee and download/print the SET application form along with the fee receipt

SET Exam Eligibility Criteria 2026
Check below for eligibility criteria for SET exam 2026:
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board
- A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Class 12 is required
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are eligible for a 5% relaxation (minimum 45% aggregate required)
- Students currently appearing in Class 12 or awaiting results can also apply provisionally
- Candidates who have completed Class 12 from a foreign board must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities to be eligible
