As per the official notification, the CUET PG 2026 application correction window will be open from January 18 to January 20, 2026. During this period, candidates will be permitted to edit their examination city preferences.
Candidates may choose examination cities located within their permanent or current state of residence, subject to the availability of examination centres. The last date to apply for CUET PG 2026 is January 14, 2026. Eligible and interested candidates can submit their applications through the official website: exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg/.
CUET PG 2026: Number of Examination Cities Reduced
For CUET PG 2026, the NTA has reduced the total number of examination cities to 292. Out of these, 276 examination cities will be located in India, while 16 centres will be outside India. In comparison, the CUET PG examination was conducted in 312 cities last year.
The CUET PG 2026 examination will be held for 157 subjects, including common papers, languages, science, humanities, MTech, higher sciences, and Acharya (Sanskrit)-related subjects. However, the official examination dates for CUET PG 2026 have not yet been announced.
CUET PG 2026 Application Fees:
- Application fee for General category candidates: Rs. 700
- Application fee for OBC-NCL, SC, and ST category candidates: Rs. 600
- The application fee will be doubled for candidates applying for two subjects
- Fee for one subject for candidates appearing outside India: Rs. 3,500

CUET PG 2026 is conducted by the National Testing Agency for candidates seeking admission to Central Universities and other participating institutions, including state universities, deemed universities, and private universities.
