IISER 2026 Eligibility Criteria

- Students must have studied at least three subjects among Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics in Class 12.
- Candidates should secure 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD) in Class 12 or its equivalent examination.
What is the IISER Exam?
Admission to IISER institutions is conducted through the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT). It is anational-level entrance examination organized for admission to BS-MS, BS, and BTech programmes offered by IISER campuses across India.
The test is conducted in computer-based mode (CBT) and has a duration of three hours. The maximum marks for the exam are 240.
