The initiative is part of a collaborative agreement signed by the two institutions to strengthen education, awareness and capacity-building programmes related to women's issues. The newly launched courses are designed to provide learners with practical knowledge and essential skills that can be applied in both their personal and professional lives.
The partnership reflects a growing emphasis on creating safer workplaces, promoting gender equality and encouraging greater participation of women in leadership roles across different sectors.

What Is the IGNOU TEE Cut-Off?
Many students often search for information regarding the IGNOU Term-End Examination (TEE) cut-off.
Unlike competitive examinations, IGNOU does not prescribe a fixed cut-off score for its Term-End Examinations.
Students are generally required to achieve the following minimum scores:
- At least 40% marks in theory examinations.
- A minimum of 50% marks in assignments for most programmes.
The final result is calculated by combining:
- Assignment scores.
- Term-End Examination marks.
Therefore, passing an IGNOU programme depends on meeting the required minimum marks in each component rather than achieving a predefined cut-off score.
A Step Towards Inclusive Education
The launch of these micro-credential programmes demonstrates the commitment of both IGNOU and NCW toward creating an educational ecosystem that promotes equality, safety and leadership.
By introducing specialized courses on workplace behaviour, gender awareness and women's leadership, the institutions aim to prepare learners to address contemporary social and professional challenges more effectively.
These programmes are expected to contribute significantly to awareness-building while encouraging greater participation of women in educational, social and professional spaces.
