Candidates eligible for the marks fetching process can now access the facility through the official KEA Common Online Application Portal under the UGCET 2026 section.
Official Portal Link
www.cetonline.karnataka.gov.in \ www.onlineapp2026/forms/Login.aspx
To log in and access the digital form, candidates will need:

After successful login, the system securely connects with the respective education board databases and automatically retrieves the Class 12 marks details.
Who Should Use the KEA Marks Fetching Facility?
KEA has clarified that this online facility is specifically meant for:
- Students from CBSE board
- CISCE/ICSE board students
- Candidates from other non-Karnataka state boards
- Droppers or students who completed their Class 12 examinations before the 2026 academic session
The authority also stated that students from the Karnataka Pre-University (PU) Board appearing in the regular 2026 batch do not need to use this portal, as their academic records are directly integrated into KEA’s ranking system.
KEA Releases DigiLocker Video Guide
To help candidates avoid mistakes while completing the marks fetching process, KEA has also published an official YouTube video explaining how to retrieve marks through DigiLocker and complete the verification procedure correctly.
Candidates are advised to carefully follow the instructions provided in the video to ensure smooth processing during the UGCET 2026 rank preparation and counselling stages.
The marks auto-fetch verification process is considered important for accurate merit calculation and further admission procedures.
Students should regularly check the official KEA website for the latest updates regarding rank cards, counselling schedules, document verification and seat allotment announcements.
