NEET PG 2025 Admission Reporting: MCC Releases Updated List of Mandatory Original Documents for Joining Medical Colleges: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued a fresh advisory outlining the complete list of mandatory original documents that candidates must carry while reporting to their allotted Medical College/Institute for NEET PG 2025 admission. MCC has emphasized that no candidate will be granted admission without the required original certificates, and photocopies or deposit receipts will not be accepted.

This official notification is crucial for all NEET PG aspirants participating in the 2025 counselling rounds, ensuring a smooth reporting and admission process.

Complete List of Documents Required for NEET PG 2025 Reporting

1. Core Academic & Allotment Documents

  • MCC Allotment Letter
  • NEET PG Admit Card issued by NBE
  • NEET PG Result/Rank Letter issued by NBE
  • Proof of Date of Birth:
    High School Certificate / Higher Secondary Certificate / Birth Certificate
  • MBBS Mark Sheets: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Professional
  • MBBS Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate
  • Internship Completion Certificate
    OR
    Certificate from Head of Institution confirming internship will be completed by 31 July 2025

 

2. Medical Registration Certificates

  • Permanent or Provisional Medical Registration Certificate
    Issued by MCI/NMC or respective State Medical Council
  • Provisional registration allowed only for candidates finishing internship by 31 July 2025

3. Valid Government Photo ID (Any One)

  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID
  • Passport
  • Aadhaar Card

4. Category Certificates (Where Applicable)

SC/ST Certificate

  • Must be issued by a competent authority
  • Should be in English or Hindi
  • Sub-caste must be clearly mentioned
  • Translated copies must be signed by a Gazetted Officer

EWS Certificate

  • Must follow Central Government Format
  • Income based on FY ending 31 March 2025
  • Should be in English or Hindi

OBC-NCL Certificate

  • Must belong to Central OBC List (NCBC)
  • Sub-caste must match NCBC list
  • Candidate must NOT belong to Creamy Layer
  • Certificate in MCC-prescribed format
  • Income based on FY ending 31 March 2025

PwD Certificate

  • Issued ONLY by MCC-designated Disability Assessment Centers
  • Valid for the 21 Benchmark Disabilities as per RPwD Act 2016
  • No other disability certificate will be accepted

NRI/OCI Candidates

  • Must bring the same original documents that were submitted earlier to MCC via email

Important Advisory from MCC

  • Original certificates are compulsory; candidates cannot report with "documents submitted elsewhere" certificates.
  • Institutes may seek additional documents; candidates should verify requirements with their allotted college before travelling.
  • Every year, seats remain vacant due to incomplete documentation, MCC has clearly stated that no exceptions will be made this year.
