Tripura NEET PG Counselling 2025 is likely to commence in the fourth week of September 2025. The process will be organized by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tripura. The counselling will cover 50% of the State Quota seats for postgraduate medical programmes — MD, MS, and MDS — and will be held entirely in online mode.

Candidates will need to report to their allotted institutes in person for document verification and admission formalities.
