The OPJS University has a spacious and well equipped library which is being run according to an open access system. It has rich collection of about 1, 33,600 volumes of books, periodicals, reports and reference material. In addition to the books from main library, some more books are issued to students from book bank also. To the students belonging to weaker section (SC/ST) some additional books are given from the Book Bank. Xeroxing facility is available to the users at very nominal rate. There is a video viewing facility. Large number of books, periodicals, video cassettes and CD-ROMs are available. The library is being fully computerized.

WIFI
Wi-Fi in the education vertical extends well beyond the classroom walls. From extracurricular activities to study abroad programs to exploring hobbies on their own, devices such as tablets and smart phones can connect students to a wealth of text, audio, and video content not found in textbooks. Students get the opportunity to access online databases, keep track of deadlines, and submit projects instantly upon completion. Whereas, teachers can also keep track of students' progress, upload files, and provide feedback 24/7.Wi-Fi has become the most requested amenity in the last few years.
Wi-Fi serves a very important purpose of linking faculty with students as well as with one another. It leads to the creation of the necessary infrastructure for faculty engagement. It supports both: formal and informal learning and communications among all on the campus. For most students, the Wi-Fi networks are the primary way of connecting while on the campus. Seamless access to email, and other avenues of learning, can dramatically change the way our students go about their academic pursuits. Wi-Fi can lead to a convergence between voice and video, while liberating the students from the constraints of location. Wi-Fi is also easy for the administration to manage as they have to manage only one central Access Point (AP).
Our University has a dedicated 100 MBPS Broad band connectivity which allows Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the campus. This facility allows students to access uninterrupted Internet connectivity anywhere within the campus. All the IT resources and content should be available to the faculty and students from their desk as well as anywhere-anytime basis over the campus. It is very helpful to work from any block/building and receive the same speed of data transfer.
Internet Facilities
Apart from the computer laboratories setup for syllabus programs the Institutes have provided computer centres for general purposes and learning during extra hours. This includes Internet Facilities available through leased line and Wi-Fi for providing continuous and uninterrupted internet connectivity to students and faculty members. These facilities are also available to students beyond college hours for preparation of seminars & projects and research-orientated work. The entire campus including the hostels is Wi-Fi enabled and students can access the internet on their laptops round the clock.

OPJS University campus is well equipped with multiple computer Labs having state of the art computing facilities consisting of 500 PC nodes/laptops and advanced Servers like Lenovo SR550 Server-Intel Xeon Gold 6130 (16 Core), IBM Servers etc. It includes ‘All-in- One’ computers having i5- 8th generation processors with enabled video conferencing facility. All labs are also incorporated with an audio-visual system for live practical demonstration. For the use of students, the Computer Centre consists of eight labs viz. Lab1, 2, 3, 4,5,6,7 and 8.
The state-of-the-art facility features hardware & software that is geared to specific academic programs.
Students are facilitated by dedicated internet leased line connectivity of 180 Mbps (on fiber optics) in the campus as well as hostel. The Campus Network is protected by advanced Anex GATE Firewall 500USG, which can cater up to 2000 clients. The entire system is supported by uninterrupted power supply through power backup.
Every computing center in this network is enabled by state-of-the-art technology and reflects the prevailing trends in computing. Advanced networking technologies facilitate a seamless integration of the various computing centers and the multiple operating systems. The university encourages hands on experience at all levels.
The computer wide network optical fiber backbone and structured cabling provides intranet as well as internet connectivity to all computers/laptops, located in academic block, faculty blocks, administrative block, MDP rooms and Hostels with fully enabled Wi-Fi facility.
Assessment software for grading, course registration, faculty feedback, attendance based on face recognition system, online evaluations system, etc. have also been installed on the network. This can be selectively accessed by authorized Sections of the IMS community.

HI-T MODERN CLASS ROOMHI-TECH COMPUTER LAB HI-TECH COM The Class rooms at OPJS University Churu (Rajasthan) are spacious and scientifically designed to ensure that each student has sufficient space, and each faculty member has the facilities necessary for addressing a large audience. In addition, each Lecture Hall is equipped with specialized teaching aids such as Projectors, LCDs & sound systems. The latest audio-visual aids and multimedia technology enables the faculty members to have interactive sessions of teaching, which adds confidence and enthusiasm among our students.
These Class rooms, therefore, make classroom teaching and learning an enjoyable and fruitful experience for the students as well as faculty members. Display boards have been put up in all the Class rooms, which serve as platforms for encouraging creativity and increasing awareness among the students.

UERAUDITORIUM HI-TECH COMPUTER LABECH CO An auditorium is a room built to enable an audience to hear and watch performances. To facilitate conduct of international, national and important University events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, meetings, placement programmes and cultural events, the University has two big auditoriums, several seminar halls, conference halls, etc. All of them are well-furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with modern projection and audio systems with access to internet. This multi-purpose, self-service auditorium provides a location for campus and community cultural events, including film viewings, poetry/book readings and chamber music performances; meetings, symposiums and forums. This state-of-the art facility contains multi-media equipment, high-tech lighting, and a highquality sound system, including recording capability and a high-quality projection system, both computer-based and VHS.
Auditorium has a seating capacity of 700. It is fully air-conditioned and their light and sound systems are currently being revamped. The Auditorium hosts various academic and cultural events of the college. It also encourages well-known cultural groups to hold their programmes for the benefit of the students and community.
The auditoriums feature fixed traditional theatre style seating, raised stage, adjustable lighting, sound system, large screen for video and computer presentations, and vaulted ceiling. The auditoriums are designed in such a way that they ensure a perfect view of the main stage irrespective of the seating location of the audience.
SPORTS
Sports play a pivotal role in shaping one’s personality and maintaining good health. We’ve specially developed a sports environment that matches international standards and gives a truly global experience to all our students. All of which is provided to them on the campus. It includes a large playground. Intensive training is imparted under expert guidance. Each year, students of university achieve notable distinctions, and many of them are selected for All India Inter- University and National tournaments. Facilities are provided for Athletics, Hockey, Table- Tennis, Volley Ball, Kabaddi, Boxing and Cross Country.

MPU There are multiple sport facilities to keep our students engaged and physically fit.
1. Outdoor and Indoor Sports Facilities: Every student is encouraged to take active part in at least one outdoor activity. University has set up facilities/grounds for Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Table-Tennis, Badminton, Chess, Carom, etc., and league matches are encouraged. We are also planning an inter-college sports tournaments to develop a spirit of healthy competition.
2. Special Coaching: We are proud to have quite a few states-level players who have played in the Nationals. One of our students was selected for the heats of a 5000 meter race in the Commonwealth games. Another student has represented India in Basketball .We plan to arrange special coaching for them so that they make our nation proud.
3. Gymnasium: In order to ensure a sound body and mind, students are given special attention on health and fitness. A modern gym, with all the latest gadgets has been set up in the hostel.
4. Adventure: Taking advantage of the natural beauty of the surrounding Shivalik hills, an ‘adventure club’ has been formed by students, who organize camps for nature-walks, trekking and hiking.
5. While games, sports and athletics directly contribute to physical development of students, other co-curricular activities also indirectly contribute to it. These activities provide a useful channel for the growth and development of the body.
Facilities for the sports students:
The hot water facilities are provided for the male and females ports students in the wash rooms. Two geysers have been fixed for boys’ wash room and solar water facilities have been provided for girls’ wash room. An extra trophy showcase has been furnished inside the gym to display the trophies, with floodlight, won by the students of the university.
HOSTEL
Hostel is another home for the students. The university provides individual room with attached bathroom to the students with separate areas of residence for Males and Females. Five new well-furnished and aesthetically designed hostels have been constructed with a view to provide best possible facilities to the students.
The campus consists of several well-built hostel blocks, both for girls and boys with capacity of 3000 students. Each hostel consists of a separate mess, administrative office, warden quarter. In addition to well furnished rooms, the hostel is complete with facilities like free hi speed Wi-Fi connection, gymnasium, medical centre and other amenities for shopping, sports, recreation and entertainment.
General Rules:
a. Ragging is a serious offence. Hostilities found indulging in ragging will have to face serious consequences as per the norms of the Institution and the UGC. The matter will be reported immediately to the nearest police station.
b. Local Guardian authorized by the parent is mandatory. The local guardian should be at least 35 years of age. The local guardian should continuously monitor the hostellerand respond to the hostel authorities as and when required.
c. Parents/Local Guardians and Guests are allowed to meet the hosteller only during the visiting hours. They have to meet the hosteller only in the reception/visitors’ area. The warden’s decision is final and binding with respect to visiting.
d. Dress code: Hostellers have to be appropriately dressed while in the hostel premise. Hostellerneed to be dressed decently, even though he/she has the liberty of wearing clothes of his/her convenience in one’s own room. Hosteller need to be discreet to not get into issues with the hostel authorities related to the dress code.
e. Mobile phones are to be used without causing disturbance to others. The mobile phone must be on silent mode, especially in common areas.

CAFETERIA
While studying students often get so Hungry & Tired that Food & Rest cannot appear to them except in the form of cafeteria. It provides its students, staff and faculty with an amazing café experience in the university campus with its well maintained and well equipped Cafeteria. The cafeteria is not just a food joint but a place to relax, interact, rejuvenate and take a refuge from the daily hectic schedule.
These cafeterias cater for refreshment and eatables to the students, hostellers, faculty and the operating staff respectively. The cafeterias are very spacious in order to accommodate large number of students and also have comfortable sitting arrangement. The whole ambience of the cafeterias is so soothing and delightful that it tempt you to come here again and again. One of the three major cafeterias has a separate hall attached with the Main Hall especially for the staff and faculty members.
Variety of Food Items:
The cafeteria has a number of food counters providing with a variety of food items to choose from! A well-organized “coupon” system is followed in the cafeteria in which a coupon is bought from the main counter and this coupon is used to get the desired food item.
Price and Quality Control:
The prices of the food items are fixed by the college authorities and are easily affordable by the students. The quality of food items is regularly monitored by the Professors In-charge Canteen and College Medical Resident Officer.
Emphasis on Cleanliness and Hygiene:
Proper cleanliness and hygiene is maintained both by the cooking & cleaning teams and Professors. In-charge Canteen, College Medical Resident Officer inspects and checks all the cafeterias on a regular basis. Keeping in view the importance of a healthy diet, the cafeterias serve good quality nutritious food with a healthy touch. Green vegetable pasta, cucumber sandwiches, fresh fruit juice and salad are some healthy options. For those who crave for handsome dishes the college serves samosas, bread and curry, colas, chips, milk shakes, cold-coffee, ice-cream, chocolates, patties…etc. The specialty of the cafeterias is its tea and coffee which are totally addicting.

CAMPUSM CLINIC
The Health Centre of the OPJS University, Churu, (Rajasthan) provides Campus Clinic to the University Community comprising of Staff and Students. A large number of the staff members and their families are residents in the campus. Though small in relative terms, the Campus clinic is well equipped to undertake a number of clinical investigations and offers outpatient care as well as provides in-patient treatment. Campus clinic is providing Primary Health Care to the Staff and their dependents, Students, and Public in general.
The Campus clinic offers round the clock Out Patient, In-patient treatment and the Emergency Care. The special care is also available in the areas of Medicine and Gynecology, Dermatology, EYE and Psychiatry. The Consultants are attending the cases referred by Medical Officers and Area Medical Officers on appointment basis at the time slot allotted to them. Apart of that a fully fledged Dental unit also working mainly preventive dentistry attended by qualified Dentist.
It has a fully fledged Physiotherapy under Dr. Surender Pannu a well known Physiotherapist in the region. It has a clinic, which is storing and dispensing most of the medicines required for patients and it is fully computerized. The Campus clinic acquires the medicines through rate contract.
It has a Clinical Laboratory which is computerized and doing routine and special investigations. The Clinical Laboratory opens at 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, Saturday it works from 8.00 a.m. to 1 p.m. On Holidays and Sundays it opens between 9 to 11 a.m.
All minor ailments are treated at Campus clinic as outpatient. Campus clinic has 4 Permanent Experience Doctors and 3 Authorized Medical Officers maintaining Out Patient, In-Patient and Emergency case. Most of the medicines required for outpatient treatment are dispensed at Campus clinic. Campus clinic has 2 emergency beds for day care facilities and 10 general beds are kept for general cases. The Isolation Ward with Two Beds is available for some of the infectious diseases.
It has 24 hours Ambulance Service for emergency services for outside referrals. There is a Night Duty Doctor to look after emergencies in the night and other patients particularly student’s community
