 Easwari Engineering College Chennai has a placement cell that conducts the campus placement. SRM EEC Placement Cell organises a variety of programmes in terms of career development including workshops, industry talks, industry visits, industry-based projects and many other activities. The placement cell is in charge of creating the annual recruitment programme, inviting organisations to campus for pre-placement talks followed by placements, and coordinating the process from beginning to end. Easwari Engineering College Chennai placement department maintains close relationships with industries, and well-organised campaigns are held to create job opportunities in addition to networking, communications, correspondence, and personal meetings. ABOUT THE PLACEMENT AND TRAINING

A separate Training and Placement cell exists to arrange training programmes and placement drive for students. Students are given special training on personal development and soft skills right from the first semester which helps them to face life with confidence and also to perform well during placement tests and interviews conducted by various companies. Every academic year around 90% of students are placed and the rest pursue their higher studies. BGSIT Mandya has a dedicated Training and Placement cell that serves as a bridge between the students and the industry. The BGSIT Placement cell is responsible for arranging industrial training and placements for students. It also guides final year students in securing jobs by organising campus interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement. The BGSIT Placement cell provides all necessary infrastructure facilities to the organisations conducting campus interviews in the BGSIT Mandya campus. It actively functions under the leadership of a Director Placement and Placement representatives from faculty and students from various departments.    The unique feature of SSN Institutions is the scholarships awarded to students. SSN offers attractive scholarships to encourage merit and to make education accessible to students of all economic strata.
