RDGAC Placement Cell:

The mission is to achieve 100% placement for students through dedication, attitude and complete involvement. It arranges and coordinates various programmes that aim at moulding the students so as to meet the expectations in career building and in turn bring glory to the parent institution. The College organizes common placement programs and guides the students for campus recruitments conducted in universities and other reputed institutions.

The placement cell guides all the students in developing skills and job-search strategies required to achieve their career objectives. It organizes various activities related to career planning. It also identifies potential employers.

Placements: Above 70% of the students from our college got placed. The average salary offered in our college is Rs. 20,000 per month. IT companies and many other important companies are the top recruiters for our course. The top role offered in our course is a programming analysis. Above 50% of the students got internships from our course.

90% percent of students in our course the highest average package offered is 4-5 Lacs the lowest average package offered is 1-2 Lacs Average package is 3 Lacs Apollo, Gitam etc.

The College has a Training and Placement Cell with a full-time Placement Officer who is supported by a coordinator from each department.

The placement cell has signed Mous with Infosys, TCS and Barclays bank for various student and faculty development training programs. Every semester, the placement cell of the college deputes staff members for a 15-day residential training program at Infosys, Mysore campus. The trained staff members handle placement training classes for all UG and PG students, two hours per week, They pay special attention to Global Business Foundation Skills which includes Global mobility, Aptitude, communicative English, interview and presentation skills.

Infosys deputes experts to train a mixed batch of students from all departments every year at the SNMV Campus. The 21-day training helps the students turn themselves into hirable and industry ready candidates. In addition to this, placement training helps the students to perform in competitive exams to get different types of job opportunities.

Barclays bank deputes experts to provide virtual training to all final year students from all departments for 9 days on interview skills and aptitude. The best performers during the training shall get direct interview opportunities with Barclays bank.

About Placement

The Placement Cell is a year round activity to facilitate contacts between organizations and students. Our College has a full-fledged training and placement cell and it is an integral part of the Institution. The cell is committed to provide all possible assistance to its graduates and post graduates in their efforts to find employment. It is headed by Placement Officers and is well supported by both faculties as well as student placement coordinators from various departments and centre's for studies.

PLACEMENT AND TRAINING (PLAT)
The PLAT has been established in the premises itself to motivate and support all the students in order to place them in leading and top notch companies. The PLAT conducts seminars and conferences through inviting leading industrialist and professionals from academic and industries. The PLAT signs MOU with industrial associates who in turns recruit students from the college. A special coaching is being given for the enhancement of the communication and leadership abilities among the students, then and there. The PLAT is being run by very experienced experts with the guidance of the management and the Managing Director. The PLAT assures full-fledged and guaranteed placement assistance for the student community. Some of the students are placed in leading companies such as Aircel, Gokulam Handicraft, Sriram Chit funds, Info Tech Share Market Consultancy, Agua Pure, Sai-Info Tech, etc.,

According to Clusters Media College in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, about 80% of their students have been placed due to their practical studies. The highest salary offered is 80,000 rupees per month, and the lowest is 20,000 rupees per month. The average package is 300,000 rupees. Training and Placement Cell
The Training and Placement Cell plays a vital role in students career planning, skill training and recruitment process. By maintaining contact with reputable organizations and industrial establishments, employment opportunities are given to all undergraduates and postgraduates graduating from the college. The number of students who have been placed as a result of campus interviews is steadily increasing. Many reputable industries come to the institute on invitation to conduct interviews.

Starting in the first year, the Placement Cell organizes career counseling programs for all students. The cell provides skill development programmes in association with Infosys BPM, TCS, Barclays Premier, Mahindra Pride Classroom, Cognizant Outreach etc.

The Training and Placement Cell is collaborated with EIDOS Pvt. Limited, Training and Skill Development company for continuous and extensive placement preparatory programmes right from the first year with various skill modules like Language Enhancement Programme (LEP), Aptitude Programme (AP) and Career Craft Programme (CCP). Apart from this special internship opportunity is provided to the students in association with Internshala. All the students are made compulsory to register in (NCS) National Career Service, a portal from Ministry of Labour and Employment to make them apply for jobs easier.

The placement cell continuously works to identify requirements of companies and co-ordinates with the training cell and the career development cell to train the students. The Team maps the right talent to the right industry. It has been working meticulously to achieve 100% placements year after year. The placement cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for undergraduates passing out from the college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments.

The Placement Process starts with the consent of the students to utilize the placement opportunities through the college.
