Placement Experience: I don't know about placement cell when I was studying in this college after visiting some other colleges for the Technical Symposium. I came to know Placement cells.so, there is even didn't have placement cell in this college but will be notified when happens in their engineering college.
Internships Opportunities: No, not at all Companies even don't know about this college. But they will inform you if interview conducted anywhere. But there is no internship and Industrial visits.

Placement Training:

Sri Sankara Arts and Science College offers top companies placements for selected students with intake of 1393 students admitted in year 2017-18, out of which 1277 graduated in 2019-20. From this, qualified students got placed with a median salary of Rs.191328(one lakh ninety one thousand three hundred twenty eight) and students got selected for higher studies. Institute offer in-campus placement for selected students with intake of 1445 students admitted in year 2018-19, out of which 1340 graduated in 2020-21. From this, qualified students got placed with a good median salary of Rs.183072(one lakh eighty three thousand sevety two) and students got selected for higher studies.

There is a special cell which takes extra care and interest in placing all the students in their deserved position. They train the students to gain a developed personality and will even arrange for a few campus interview sessions.

Placement Process
The Placement Team sends invitation to the Recruiters with relevant details regarding the Final Placements.
Data is collected from students directly or through the Class Tutors. These data are kept confidentially and passed to prospective recruiters only after prior permission from the designated Authority.
Recruiters convey their intention to participate by submitting a Job Notification Form for each profile they wish to hire for.
The companies inform Source Hub Coordinator about the recruitment process followed by them including the types and number of rounds for selection.
The Placement Team communicates the suitable dates for campus visit for each recruiter.
Companies are encouraged to give pre-placement talks before the commencement of recruitment process. This gives students a chance to know more about the company, work culture, growth opportunities and learning and advancement opportunity at the organization.
HR can conduct different rounds of selection process and inform the names of selected students to the Placement Department, which in turn shall inform the concerned students of the same.
Final Job Offers would be provided by the companies, which shall be accepted and acknowledged by the students. All the job offers will be channeled through Source Hub. A Job Offer is considered to be valid only if the Placement Committee is in receipt of the written communication of the same. Any form of verbal or telephonic communication will not be considered as job offers.
The offers letters for the selected candidate should either be mailed or sent to the Placement Cell within 15 days of the final selection.

Karnataka State Open University, Mysuru has started its Placement Cell effective from 29 th of June 2019. This cell is functioning with its excellent quality since inception. Under Graduate:

       All the final year UG students are given training on aptitude weekly twice during the odd semester and even semester.
      At the end of the semester, a common assessment test was conducted for the students of Aided and Self Financing courses from the topics taught to them in the semester. During the even semester, all the final year UG students are given training on aptitude weekly once.

Post Graduate:

       As a part of placement Training, Soft skills training classes for final year PG students had been conducted once in a month to improve their inter personal skills and team building.

Placements: There are so many students got placed in my course. The percentage of students who got placed in my course is 80%. The placement package is very good. The highest package is 3.60 LPA and the lowest package is 2.40 LPA. The average package is 1.80 LPA 

Mahendra Arts and Science College  Placements 2023: The college has a training and placement cell that provides placement opportunities to the students. After the analysis of the Mahendra Arts and Science College placement report, it was observed that various recruiters such as Wipro Technologies, Scope E-Technologies, Mahendra Next Wealth, India Pvt. Ltd., Unisys Technologies, Virtusa Technologies, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and many more participated in Mahendra Arts and Science College, Namakkal placement drive. As per NIRF 2023, the Mahendra Arts and Science College median salary package offered to UG students was Rs 2,70,000 while PG students received Rs 1,90,000.
