Placement Experience: From last year that is 4th-semester marks are enough eligible to attend the campus interview for top companies like Hdfc bank, Accenture, Cognizant, and other top companies in the locality and state. The minimum percentage for placement is 80%.

Around 104 students joined our college. Everyone has the opportunity to join different hospitals. After passing the course, the government offers a one-year internship at the same college and hospital with a salary of Rs. 30,000 per month.

KS Hegde Medical Academy placement details for the 2023 drive are not released as of now. However, the NIRF report 2023 is out. According to the report, 81 PG students were placed during KS Hegde Medical Academy placements 2022. The median package offered to PG (2 years) and PG (3 years) students were INR 3.60 LPA and INR 8.64 LPA, respectively.

  The department of Training and Placement, the marketing division of the institute has these following functions and responsibilities:

Every year our Sengunthar Arts and Science College, Training and Placement Cell provide enormous opportunities for our students. The Training and Placement Cell motivates and train the students for their upliftment in career. In addition, the placement cell had a tie-up with Redington Elite Smart Learning Centre to train the students as CSR Activity. The Center is giving training to all final year UG and PG students to meet the demand by the corporate.

The Smart Learning Centre was inaugurated by Mrs.Indira Kannan with 180 students as participants. On successful completion of final year, the Redington is kind enough to provide training for second year students also. They provide digital classroom and language lab to our students. Placements: In our course, almost 90% of students are there. The highest salary package offered in our course is 3.6 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2.0 LPA. There are almost five top recruiting multi-national companies in our course such as Wipro, Infosys, TCS, LTI, and Capgemini. In our course, there is no one got an internship. Software developer is the job role offered.

Placements: Almost 50% of the students got placed in BA English literature course during placements in our college. Top companies did not visit our college. Most of the private companies surrounding by Thoothukudi district have visited. Some of them came from Chennai, Tirunelveli, Madurai and Covai. In literature, they offered many extracurricular activities, and they taught French, toy making, fashion designing, FSN, diet management and computer course.
