Our Placement Cell acts as a bridge for
our students and recruiters. It monitors the employment opportunities in
various domains and invites the recruiters for campus recruitment of final year
students at our Institute. Students are enhanced with niche skills as expected
by various industries. It is very successful in maintaining high and consistent
placement statistics over the years. Every year, as a result of our students'
stellar achievement in the workplace, we add more recruiters to our roster. The
On-Campus recruitment program keeps continuing till the end of their final

The Training & Placement Cell @ HIT-Nidasoshi facilitates the process of placement of students passing out from the Institute besides collaborating with leading organizations and institutes in setting up of internship and training program of students.
The T & P Cell liaises with various industrial establishments, corporate houses etc. which conduct campus interviews and select graduating engineering students from all disciplines. The T & P Cell provides the infra-structural facilities to conduct group discussions, written tests and personal interviews besides catering to other logistics requirements.
The placement season runs through the course of the year commencing the last week of July through to March. Pre-Placement Talks are also conducted in this regard as per mutual convenience. Job offers, dates of interviews, selection of candidates etc. are announced through the Training & Placement Cell.
The T & P Cell is assisted by a committee comprising representatives of students from the different engineering streams. The committee evolves a broad policy framework every year besides a set of rules which are inviolable. Student members are closely co-opted in implementing these policy decisions.

  The Placement Cell disseminates information about job openings and internships, ensuring students are aware of relevant opportunities which significantly reduce the stress and anxiety associated with job hunting.

The college offers 100% placements and also internship opportunities with full-time salary packages starting from INR 10 LPA and a monthly stipend from INR 30,000. About Placement Department

The Department of Training and Placement Cell is integral part of Sri Balaji Chockalingam Engineering College. It was set up with a view to facilitate the students to get the employment opportunities in the college campus while they pursue their graduation. This department interacts with reputed organizations all over the country for arranging campus interviews for the placement of final year students. It also enhances the soft-skill capability of the students through regular training programs. The department counsels the final year students for their higher studies and for getting projects from industries.

To coordinate the placement activities the college has a separate Placement cell Headed by Mr.V.Kandasamy. The placement cell manages its activities collectively by the students and all head of departments. The Staff coordinators support in all the Training and Placement Cell activities. They help to conducting programs like communication skill development, Personality development, Technical skill development, etc. Since the time of its inception, the members of the cell have been working on the training and development activities to equip the students to meet the requirements of the recruiting companies. Training is an important tool for the placements as these will help the students to know and get prepared to enter the corporate world. In the view of this at Sapthagiri College of Engineering, we have special training programs for students starting from Semester 1 which will go parallel with the academics till the 100% placements. The program is called “CAREER CONNECT PLACEMENT ORIENTED TRAINING PROGRAM”.
