The training and placement cell of the college is very effectively engaged in developing the students in all needed skills and placing in top companies. Students are also apprised on a continuous basis through seminar and workshops etc. about higher learning opportunities in India and abroad. Right from the fourth semester onwards, regular training is conducted on total personality development and personal grooming of the students. Minimum 35 to 40 top companies visit to the college every year between 90% to 100% students are placed. The placement covers all branches equally including non IT branches Mechanical, Civil, IEM, Biotechnology etc and a good number of non IT companies also visit to college on a continuous basis along with IT companies. The training and placement of the college is headed by an MBA(HR) qualified training placement Director with 28 years of experience on HR/HRD related activities tasks

NSB Academy, Bengaluru Placements
The NSB Academy Bangalore Placement drive has concluded with a 99.6% placement rate. The domestic NSB Academy Highest Package was INR 18.60 LPA, while the highest international package stood at INR 43.50 LPA. For a batch size of 300, more than 200 companies participated in the NSB Academy Bengaluru Placement 2022, with NSB Academy average package standing at INR 7 LPA. Information Technology turned out to be the sector with most hirings done, followed by other sectors including Finance, Logistic and others.

The NSB Academy Bengaluru Summer Placement saw similar trends where the highest stipend offered was INR 2 LPA. Prominent names from the industries that participated in the summer placement session 22' include Berger, JOCKEY, PwC, IndiaMart and more.

PES University, Bangalore Placements

PES University has a placement cell that manages the recruiting process or placement drive of the university. The PESU placement cell gives training for personality development and leadership skills to the students. PES University, Bangalore Placement cell also offers mock assessments and review sessions in aptitude, quantitative ability, analytical thinking, and reasoning to assist students in preparing for the final interview and written exam.

PES university has a well-established placement cell that helps students meet their placement needs. The PESU placement cell focuses on the students' interpersonal abilities. During the epidemic, PES University established an online employment process for placements. More than 25% of the students received an average salary package of over 12 lakhs per annum in PES university placement

As per the NIRF report of PES University, out of 1299 eligible UG (four-year courses) students, 965 students were placed with a median salary of INR 7,50,000 while 84 students opted for higher studies. Placement Experience: The placement cell of the college is good.It is one of the oldest college for minorities in Tamil Nadu. They give good placement opportunities and also organise seminars and workshops for the students.There are also internship facilities with more or less average stipend.

Placements: Placements for our batch are great, and 80% of the qualified students are placed. The salary package offered is 3 LPA. Many companies visited our college like Tech Mahindra, and management-based job roles are offered to the students. Almost 70% of the students from our college got an internship. There is a placement cell which was more efficient and useful.

Placement Experience: The college used to organise placements at the end of third year where we were interviewed. Famous companies  TCS, Aaj Tak, star used to come and take interviews. This election was on the basis of merit an academic performance 80% of the students used to get placed with an average package of Rs.10 lakhs per annum.

Placements: Almost 65% of students got placed in this course. The average salary offered ranges between Rs 20,000 per month to Rs 40,000 per month. All private and government schools visited our college for recruitment. Many students got internships in this course. Top role offered was teacher. Faculty members were dedicated to making their students excellent teachers.
