About
JCET is one of the most reputed institutions for technical education. The Training and Placement Cell of JCET coordinates the placement activities of all engineering departments. The training and placement cell provides arrangements for pre-placement talks and other activities. The cell always keeps prompting relations with recruiters. The cell collaborates with various industries and corporate which conduct campus interviews and select students from all disciplines. All the students will undergo the training provided by the JCET faculties and external faculties. The placement training will happen in three phases. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) OF TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL
The Students are trained in various skill sets as per the requirements of the Industry from the 1st Year onwards as part of their curriculum (i.e., Soft Skills, Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Tech cum HR Interviews).
Organize Industry professionals for conducting carrier guidance seminars and help students realize and work towards their short and long term goals through individual counselling and group sessions.
Organizing Industrial Visits / Internships / Educational Tours for the students.
Conduct an Annual Event – HR Conclave and tap in HR’s from various industries for the students to understand the current trends / job scenario in different sectors.
Students from each department would register for placements to their respective placement co-ordinator and submit their details with T&P Cell at the beginning of their Final Year.
Mock Interviews are conducted for every student registered for placements.
Student details are shared with companies and On-Campus recruitment drive are conducted.
Results will be informed to the respective students and the concern departments once shared by the company.
Selected students would receive the offer letter on the same day or on confirmation of joining with the company and submit a copy of the offer letter to the T&P Cell.

SJCIT is one of the very few colleges where the concept of HRD has been implemented and proved successful. The HR Department is sincerely working to empower students with various qualities and skills to achieve professional and personal excellence. Training program and industry related seminars are routine and the students are exposed to these program from the very first day they step into the college.   The department of Training and Placement, the marketing division of the institute has these following functions and responsibilities:  

  Nurtures Industry Institute interaction, by organizing and coordinating frequent industrial visits, inplant training and projects of industrial relevance for the students, with the sole aim of zeroing down the hiatus between the industry and the academia.

Govind Guru Tribal University Banswara T&P cell constantly develops and enhances its students' leadership, managerial, technical and soft skills. The placement cell of GGTU Banswara consists of students as well as senior faculty members as coordinators or called the placement team, which interacts with industries, organisations, universities, and MNCs to facilitate a placement drive in the affiliated college's campuses for job opportunities for its students with high-end packages as per their aspirations and skills.

The GGTU placement cell conducts several workshops and seminars on soft skills training, personality development, and self-motivation.
