For those enrolled in the BBA+LLB program at Auro Univesity Gujrat, internship possibilities are offered. Successful interns receive a payment from the university, which is decided by the firm. Legal service providers, banks, and business organizations are significant employers on campus. The highest reported pay was up to 18 lacks per year, with the typical salary filling between 4 and 8 lacks. With the aid of the university's robust alumni network, a sizable portion of the class is placed.

Placements in AU, vary from department to department. For the MBA program, placements were generally good but there is still a lot of scope for improvement. DLF, HDFC, ICICI, Hindustan Unilever, Reliance, etc. The industry-specific curriculum did prepare us for corporate jobs, but the number of companies that visited the campus was limited. Placement: Campus placements are pretty ordinary here. Though, the placements also vary from department to department. Some decent companies visit our campus. However, the packages offered are pretty ordinary. DLF offered the best placement packages to the students. Average packages offered range from 3-4 LPA. Gondwana University Placements :

Gondwana University offers excellent placement assistance to its students. Through its placement process, around 70% of the students got placed. The placement cell assists students to secure jobs even before completing the course. Top companies visit the university for recruitment. The recruiting companies include Infosys, Mahindra, IBM, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. The highest salary package offered during the placement is INR 10 LPA and the average package of INR 4 LPA. However, as per the annual report 2022, 90% students were placed in various domestic and international industries with good compensation package. The field of architecture offers a wide array of career opportunities for the students that includes but not limited to architectural design, project management, apparel design, real estate consultancy and facilities management. The employment scenario of modern times is facing a stiffer competition from all fields and being employed with a reputed firm or an organization has become a herculean task. Added to this, career planning is considered to be an integral part of design curriculum. While the students are inculcated with technical and architectural knowledge throughout the course, they also are to be honed with updated industry best practices.

Keeping these in mind and to groom the students into entrepreneurs, SCSA has established a Placement Cell with the following objectives to ensure smoother transition from being a student to an employee as smooth as possible:

  • To be the support system for the students to find the appropriate employment / internship activities both on-campus and off-campus
  • To ensure imparting skill development initiatives for the students through customized skill development programmes through in-house and external experts as well
  • To assist the students in the preparation of profile and portfolio
  • To prepare, keep and regularly update an extensive database of companies along with contacts
  • To conduct placement and recruitment drives to aid the students of SCSA and also to create a branding for Sasi Creative Colleges
  • To impart entrepreneurial skills to the students through customized programs and lectures from successful entrepreneurs in allied fields
  • To initiate and nurture an efficient and effective industry-institute collaboration for knowledge-sharing and to know industry best practices

With the relentless support of the staff and the students associated with the placement cell, SCSA strives to reach a step closer to its ultimate goal of maximizing placements for its students in the years to come.

The Department of Training & Placement assists each student in exploring placement prospects by inviting various companies for campus recruitment drive for students who are in the final year of the programme and are likely to graduate at the end of the academic year.

The students are prepared for their final placement through an incessant and structured interface with the industry through vigorous internships, guest talks and industrial visits, industry ready course curriculum and Pre-placement training sessions (PPTs). Hence, final placement is a culmination of all these processes.

The following are the major objectives of the Placement cell:

To organize pre-placement training/​workshops/​seminars for students.
To identify suitable employers and help them achieve their hiring goals
To assist our students in obtaining final placement in reputed companies.
To collect feedback from employers where our students are selected.
To act as a link between students, alumni and the employment community.
Department of Training & Placement enables the students to bridge the gap between the Academia and Corporate world. Feedback from industry is collected and the feedback used to design Pre-Placement Training Programs. This important activity is vital to enable the students to achieve desired career objectives. To enhance the capability of the student to get placed during campus placement drive and also while attending interviews on their own, DSA conducts pre placements sessions on soft skills for the benefit of students. Sessions on personal grooming, resume writing, mock interview etc. are imparted to the students. Some soft skills sessions are also inbuilt in the academic calendar.
