Industrial Training Facilities College also provides early industrial exposure for our students by organizing industrial visits. Students of second, third and final year are encouraged to have as much exposure as is possible to various industries and are assisted to undergo vocational training to gain competence by relating theory to practical.

The DY Patil Pimpri training and placement cell sends out invitations to various companies for recruitment. Companies interested in recruiting from DY Patil Pimpri respond to the invitation, providing details such as job description, eligibility criteria, and proposed recruitment dates. The placement cell then notifies students about the upcoming DY Patil Pimpri campus placements, including details like date, time, and venue. On the prescribed dates, the companies visit the campus to conduct the recruitment process. This process can be conducted either online or offline, depending on the organisation's preference. The DY Patil Pimpri recruitment process typically includes a pre-placement talk, an aptitude test, and technical and HR interviews. Candidates who are selected after all rounds receive an offer letter detailing their joining date and salary information.

Industry Institute Partnership Cell Garden City University-Industry Institute Partnership Cell (GCU-IIPC) is based on the Integrated and Inclusive Model, where both the industry and academia exchange knowledge, skills, expertise, infrastructure, and resources to create an ecosystem that benefits the industry & institute (the students).
IIPC plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every student at the university gets an opportunity to do an internship in reputed Companies and a job as well later before they graduate.
Through internship, IIPC aims to give an experiential learning opportunity that offers an invaluable chance for students to network and build professional connections before they even graduate. For some students, it is a stepping-stone to bonus opportunities within the same organization, including a full-time job.
The students are trained and prepared for their internships and placements from the very first semester, setting them up for success in the professional sphere. The IIPC follows a systematic approach to facilitate progressive engagement with industries over the course of six semesters assessing them and training them to make them Industry ready and get their dream job even before they graduate.

The College of Engineering, Guindy placement cell provides advice and organises training programmes for students to improve their communication and soft skills. College of Engineering, Guindy placement cell assists various departments in arranging guest speakers from industry professionals. The placement cell at the College of Engineering, Guindy also organises classes on aptitude tests, logical thinking, domain knowledge, and coding/programming for the benefit of students. College of Engineering, Guindy Placement Process Registration of Candidates: Interested candidates need to register themselves with the College of Engineering, Guindy placement cell for participation in the placement drive. Pre-Placement Talk: The companies interested in recruiting students from the College of Engineering, Guindy visit the campus and talk to interested students about the company’s work culture, the job role offered by them and their vacancies. Shortlisting of Candidates: Candidates interested in the job role are required to share their CV with the company and apply for the job. Further rounds are conducted with the selected candidates, who are shortlisted based on their CV. Application Test: The shortlisted candidates are required to appear for a test conducted by the company which tests the candidates on a variety of parameters. Group Discussions: The shortlisted candidates are required to appear for group discussions where they need to talk for or against a given topic.
