Placement division at EWCE, not only exercises in placing student wings without an appropriate training. The department has an in house soft skill trainer to train as per the needs and requirements of the corporate world. The placement department organizes seminars, Guest Lectures, Workshops, Career Guidance programs, Industrial visits, Quiz, Debate and Group discussions to provide a wider exposure to student community.

MISSION
1.To provide sufficient training on aptitude tests, group discussions, presentations, communication skills, soft skills, facing HR and Technical interviews, to enhance the employability of the students.
2.To make the students aware about the corporate culture and career opportunities by organizing guest lectures, workshops, seminars and industrial trainings by experienced personnel from the Industry.
3.To partner with renowned organizations from the Industry and organize recruitment drives for our students within and outside the campus.
A separate Training and Placement cell exists to arrange training programmes and placement drive for students. Students are given special training on personal development and soft skills right from the first semester which helps them to face life with confidence and also to perform well during placement tests and interviews conducted by various companies. Every academic year around 90% of students are placed and the rest pursue their higher studies. Placement interviews are arranged within the campus by inviting reputed firms and also in other institutions. The following companies visit our campus for placement. Nearly 92% of the students got placed from 2019 passed out batch, where the highest average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA, and the lowest average salary package offered was 2 LPA.
