Successful interns receive a payment from the university, which is decided by the firm. Legal service providers, banks, and business organizations are significant employers on campus. The highest reported pay was up to 18 lacks per year, with the typical salary filling between 4 and 8 lacks. With the aid of the university's robust alumni network, a sizable portion of the class is placed.
Placement AU, Surat Placements in AU, vary from department to department. For the MBA program, placements were generally good but there is still a lot of scope for improvement. DLF, HDFC, ICICI, Hindustan Unilever, Reliance, etc. The industry-specific curriculum did prepare us for corporate jobs, but the number of companies that visited the campus was limited. Placement: Campus placements are pretty ordinary here. Though, the placements also vary from department to department. Some decent companies visit our campus. However, the packages offered are pretty ordinary. DLF offered the best placement packages to the students. Average packages offered range from 3-4 LPA. The department features a private boardroom and five-panel rooms with all of the necessary equipment to conduct campus hiring programs. Srishaila Jagadguru Vageesha Panditaradhya College Harihar, Davanagere placement cell conducts an introductory talk about the opportunities, as well as career growth and planning, along with sessions on communication skills, and soft skills. According to the 2019-20 placement data available on the official website of Srishaila Jagadguru Vageesha Panditaradhya College Harihar, Davanagere a total of 200 students got placed. The total number of companies participating in the placement drive is 12.

- A separate HRD block with 600 seating capacity auditorium, 6 Training Rooms, 4 GD rooms, 6 interview rooms, and a Control room.
- A dedicated computer lab with 500 systems connected in a single LAN to conduct online assessments and corporate-related aptitude tests.
