A separate Training and Placement cell exists to arrange training programmes and placement drive for students. Students are given special training on personal development and soft skills right from the first semester which helps them to face life with confidence and also to perform well during placement tests and interviews conducted by various companies. Every academic year around 90% of students are placed and the rest pursue their higher studies. Placement interviews are arranged within the campus by inviting reputed firms and also in other institutions. The following companies visit our campus for placement. Saint Gobain, Cyber Slash Support, HCL Technology, Sutherland, Phoenix Maritime Services Pvt. Ltd., Sybrant, Gofrugal Technologies, Infosys, Vernalis Systems, Prokarma, Protechsoft Technologies, MRF Tyres, Bharat Logistic Solutions, IMRB Abacus, Syntel, Origin Learning Solutions, etc.,

Nearly 92% of the students got placed from 2019 passed out batch, where the highest average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA, and the lowest average salary package offered was 2 LPA.

For those enrolled in the BBA+LLB program at Auro Univesity Gujrat, internship possibilities are offered. Successful interns receive a payment from the university, which is decided by the firm. Legal service providers, banks, and business organizations are significant employers on campus. The highest reported pay was up to 18 lacks per year, with the typical salary filling between 4 and 8 lacks. With the aid of the university's robust alumni network, a sizable portion of the class is placed.

Placements in AU, vary from department to department. For the MBA program, placements were generally good but there is still a lot of scope for improvement. DLF, HDFC, ICICI, Hindustan Unilever, Reliance, etc. The industry-specific curriculum did prepare us for corporate jobs, but the number of companies that visited the campus was limited. Placement: Campus placements are pretty ordinary here. Though, the placements also vary from department to department. Some decent companies visit our campus. However, the packages offered are pretty ordinary. DLF offered the best placement packages to the students. Average packages offered range from 3-4 LPA. Our college provides pretty decent exposure and organizes numerous programs in collaboration with different organizations like International Management Institute, Switzerland.

The Placement Cell at VVIET plays a major role in shaping up the career goals by adopting novel methods in nurturing young minds. In reality, there is a stringent competition in the job market to match the talent with the job profile. Placement cell bridges the gap, easing the procedure of recruitment to be simpler for companies and at the same time beneficial for the students. With the proper placement and training, students learn how to put forth their knowledge and abilities in the right way to fetch the best of jobs.

The Placement Cell supports students by giving counseling and through personality development initiatives. The Placement Cell collects aspirations of students, organizes career guidance programmes for all the students starting from first year, Drives /Pool drives are organized on regular basis. The cell also arranges training programmes like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop etc. It also invites HR Managers from different industries to conduct training programmes for final year students. Cell supports students after the completion of course also.

The Cell is equipped with high end computer systems, Hi-Tech cabins for personal interviews, Group discussion and Seminar hall for Pre placement presentations. It also has repository of course and study materials with WIFI facility provided for students.

The Skill Development and placement cell activities are administered by assessing the caliber of the students and by matching with their desire and strengths. The students are given a clear picture about the Job market, job opportunities in various sectors. This activity focuses on building an effective career of the students by developing the skill sets for getting success in that particular career. The influence of personality upon the functional efficiency of a student its impact in building her career is well understood and hence the Cell organizes periodic personality development programs.

It assists the students to specifically design themselves and to cater to the demands of corporate world. Mentoring is designed to help students to achieve academic excellence by monitoring them closely and by establishing homely environment. It also includes managing stress, improving communication skills, developing confidence, exploring themselves, identification of values, resolving a personal problem interests and personal strengths needed for decision-making.

The placement officer with the placement coordinator representing each department has a regular personality development programme for I year students II year students on Career guidance and Leadership Programs and PG and III year students on Group discussion, Personal Interview, Resume preparation, Employability skills, Corporate Expectations, Personal Grooming and Etiquettes.

Training and placement cell regularly conducting sessions on Positive attitude, Self-Confidence, Inter personal skills, Team building, Aptitude test preparation, Goal setting, Public Speaking, Group discussion, Frequently asked questions in Interview, Resume preparation, Corporate Expectation, Employability skills, Mock interview, Mock Group discussion., etc. were taught by placement officer.

BGSIT Mandya Placements
BGSIT Mandya has a dedicated Training and Placement cell that serves as a bridge between the students and the industry. The BGSIT Placement cell is responsible for arranging industrial training and placements for students. It also guides final year students in securing jobs by organising campus interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement. The BGSIT Placement cell provides all necessary infrastructure facilities to the organisations conducting campus interviews in the BGSIT Mandya campus. The BGSIT Placement cell also prepares placement brochures in print and electronic format for distribution to relevant industries and job providers. The BGSIT Mandya’s Training and Placement cell is committed to helping its students achieve their career goals.

Gondwana University Placements :

Gondwana University offers excellent placement assistance to its students. Through its placement process, around 70% of the students got placed. The placement cell assists students to secure jobs even before completing the course. Top companies visit the university for recruitment. The recruiting companies include Infosys, Mahindra, IBM, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. The highest salary package offered during the placement is INR 10 LPA and the average package of INR 4 LPA. Internships are also provided to the students. They can do internships in companies like ACC cement, ICICI, Axis, etc. They can receive internships in sectors such as sales, marketing, etc. During the internship period, they will get a stipend amount which is between 25,000 and 10,000 per month.

   The unique feature of SSN Institutions is the scholarships awarded to students. The placement and training cell serves as a bridge between science and industry. The training and placement cell has a frequent personal contact with the students, in addition to the normal activities of internships, which helps to better understand and recognize their problems and seeks to resolve and strengthen their confidence in all aspects. The activities included in the internship curriculum includes group discussions, personality development, interview tips, written aptitude tests, IQ and brain questioning, psychometrics, false interviews, both technically and personally, etc.

Placement details:

Placement department organizes technical workshops, seminars, personality development programs and other training programs. A gradual training methodology is used to develop their skills, reasoning skills, aptitude, communication skills, technical skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills and training to the crack the interview with confidence. A fundamental session on skills and personality development, along with their academic curriculum is conducted from 3rd Semester. BNMIT Bangalore Placements

BNM Institute of Technology, Bangalore has a dedicated training and placement department to facilitate and counsel students for training and placement related activities. The BNMIT Bangalore placement department strives to provide training to all students for placement. The placement department of BNMIT Bangalore is dedicated to assisting in the development of an effective recruitment strategy that can help an organisation build a stable pool of people that can strengthen its values.

The BNMIT Bangalore placement department also meets with various industries on a regular basis to investigate growing technical skill requirements for students and to conduct various training and development programmes. Placements: About 85% of the students were placed from this course. The highest salary offered in this course is 1.5 lac per month, and the average salary offered is above Rs. 50,000 per month. The lowest salary of Rs. 19,000 is offered in chemical labs. Above 78% of students got internships from this course in companies like fertilizer companies, chemistry laboratories, SIPCOT, etc. The teaching line, professors, teachers, scientists, lab assistants, etc., are the top roles offered in this course.

On campus, there is a full-fledged office for the Training and Placement department. The department features a private boardroom and five-panel rooms with all of the necessary equipment to conduct campus hiring programs. Srishaila Jagadguru Vageesha Panditaradhya College Harihar, Davanagere placement cell conducts an introductory talk about the opportunities, as well as career growth and planning, along with sessions on communication skills, and soft skills.
