- Soft Skills and Aptitude Training Programmes have been inducted for all the students of AIT from day one.
- Technical Training Programmes are conducted for the 5th to 7th Sem. of B.E students, to meet the industry expectations.

- A separate HRD block with 600 seating capacity auditorium, 6 Training Rooms, 4 GD rooms, 6 interview rooms, and a Control room.
- A dedicated computer lab with 500 systems connected in a single LAN to conduct online assessments and corporate-related aptitude tests.

Placement process at CIT - The Campus recruitment for the final year students starts from the month of August every year.
- A calendar for the recruitment drives is released well before the commencement of the first drive.
- Based on the calendar or schedule the drive dates along with eligibility criteria, Job Description, location, CTC and other details will be released through a circular.
- Eligible & Interested students will register for the drive through online registration portal.
- Registered students will be called for an orientation meeting to identify their readiness.
- Based on the need boot camps would be arranged to train the students before the drive.
- Finally, the recruitment drive will be initiated as per the company norms.
- The results will be published after the completion of the drive.
